Autumn Ginger Tea Infusion

As the days get shorter and temperature drops we are loving brewing this warm, healing tea.

Lemon and Ginger are packed with powerful Antioxidants and Vitamin C which help build a healthy immune system and reduce inflammation. When infused with hot water, this warming drink will help you relax, heal & restore.

To make this natural, warming & healthy drink ;

  • Dice one stem of Organic Ginger ( About 3 cm wide )  and steep in 1.5 cups of water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the juice of one Organic Lemon to the infusion.
  • Sweeten to taste with your choice of sweetener, we love Agave Syrup.
  • Pour into your favourite cup & enjoy.
